"I first discovered ReadWriteThink when I was in college from a co-worker, Laurie Henry. Since then, I use it before I begin any unit, knowing it has innovative lesson plans that will always keep my students engaged!"
Ricki Berg received her bachelor's and master's degrees at the University of Connecticut. She is passionate about internet research and young adult literature, and has presented about these topics at the National Council of Teachers of English's annual convention and the Assembly on Literature for Adolescents (ALAN) Workshop. With hundreds of young adult novels in her classroom library, she is often overheard stating, "I found the perfect book for you!" to her teenage students. Ricki has also served on the Amelia Elizabeth Walden Award committee for two years.
