"The development team at ReadWriteThink really listens to teachers and values their input when creating top-quality online student interactives. My students enjoy these resources, and I appreciate how much they learn from using them."
Karen Pelekis is an elementary school teacher at Greenacres School in Scarsdale, New York, and has been an early childhood educator for more than fifteen years. She earned a B.A. from Colgate University, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and a M.A.T. from Manhattanville College.
For the past four years, Ms. Pelekis has been collaborating with the New Literacies Research Team at the University of Connecticut to enhance literacy learning through the use of technology.
