I loved this! I have another suggestion for boy readers. I have 3 boys who are now grown, but they had trouble finding series for boys. One that gets my third grade boys hooked on reading is Ready Freddy series by Abby Klein. The boys really relate to Freddy. I love reading too so I am constantly trying to find that one book that will make a spark in each of my student's eyes to encourage them to read.
