I would recommend Rob Elliot as another author who has series books about jokes that are a good resource for younger children e.g. Zoolarious Animal Jokes for Kids (Revell, 2012), or Jay Leno's How to be the Funniest Kid in the Whole Wide World (Aladdin, 2009) is good for older elementary readers.
National Geographic Kids has a wonderful series of books called Just Joking with many of knock knock jokes and riddles, tongue twisters, etc. with very appealing colorful photographs of all kinds of animals goof for grades K-6.
